PUBLIC NOTICE: CHANGE OF LOCATION AND TIME FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING
Due to high public interest in attending the public hearing on the draft Environmental Strategic Assessment Report for the draft “Strategy for Geological Research and Sustainable Use and Exploitation of Mineral Resources of the Republic of North Macedonia 2025–2045,” the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources is changing the event location to provide more space for discussion.
The public hearing will take place on April 3, 2025 (Thursday), starting at 13:30, in the amphitheater of the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Skopje.
The Ministry invites all stakeholders — institutions, experts, the academic community, civil society, and businesses — to actively engage in shaping the strategy. Our aim is for this document, developed by renowned scientists and experts, to meet the highest standards and ensure sustainable and efficient development of the country over the next two decades.
All other agenda details and the opportunity for discussion remain unchanged.
