Deputy Minister

Miroslav Labudović was born in 1982 in Skopje.

An experienced electrical engineer with extensive professional experience in engineering project management and production. With over 15 years of experience in industries such as electrical engineering and infrastructure construction, Labudović has proven to be a leader and expert in the field of electrical projects.

Labudović holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Sts. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. His Master’s thesis, dedicated to a comparative analysis of the techno-economic parameters of a photovoltaic power plant, established him as an expert in renewable energy sources. Also, as a graduate engineer in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Labudović is well-versed in the design of overhead lines and other electrical engineering solutions.

During his career, he has performed responsible tasks as a production manager, supervisory engineer and responsible electrical engineer for maintenance and supervision of main roads. Since December 2022, Miroslav Labudović has been part of Telamon – Skopje, where he works as an engineering manager. Previously, he has significant experience as a project manager in the companies Dura Automotive Stretchers and Johnson Matthey, where he managed complex projects and teams. Working in these positions, Labudović has built a reputation as a competent and precise professional with the ability to manage and implement large projects.

Labudović has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are important for his management positions. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, makes him highly effective in planning and executing engineering tasks. In addition to his native Macedonian, he is fluent in English, which further contributes to his international cooperation.
