The Ministry informs the public and all concerned parties that, after 17th of April 2026, the certificates/vouchers that were not collected for specific reasons through the social work centers may be collected directly at the premises of the Ministry or, at the request of the beneficiaries, be delivered by post to the individuals listed on the official register.

In the meantime, coordination with the social work centers is ongoing, from which more detailed instructions regarding the procedures can be obtained.

This process is crucial for establishing an accurate situation and for updating the records.

Upon receipt of the documentation, the professional services will conduct a detailed review and harmonization of the data, after which the public will be additionally informed about the subsequent activities.

The Ministry remains committed to improving efficiency, transparency, and the quality of services, with a focus on protecting the interests of vulnerable consumers. In doing so, due care will be taken to safeguard users’ rights and to avoid any irregularities.
