Technological development is the key to the future, and international partnerships are the driving force behind progress. Today’s Energy-Technology Forum, organized by the Czech Embassy in Skopje, was a clear confirmation of this.
The forum was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Izet Mehmeti, Minister of Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources Sanja Bozhinovska, and Czech Ambassador Jaroslav Ludva. The event served as a significant platform for exchanging ideas, experiences, and initiating new collaborations between the Czech Republic and North Macedonia in the fields of energy, technology, and economic development. Topics such as green transition, renewable energy sources, digitization, and technological innovations were at the forefront.
“We strongly support new partnerships between institutions, the business sector, and experts from both countries. Today, the Czech Republic has modern power plants, experts who can help us – from energy to digitization – we have much to share, but even more to build together,” emphasized Bozhinovska.
The forum also featured presentations by Czech companies specialized in mining, energy, and the machinery industry. Special emphasis was placed on technological solutions for renewable energy sources, digital control of industrial systems, and modern equipment for energy production and raw material processing.
The forum was organized with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, as well as the Czech Extraction and Mining Technology Association.
“Only through the coordination of ideas, resources, and visions can we successfully address energy challenges and advance technologically,” was the joint conclusion of the participants.
Respectfully,
Ministry of Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources
