The minister of energy, mining and mineral resources, Sanja Bozhinovska today solemnly presented certificates to the participants who have successfully completed two specialized trainings- Project Management and Energy Trading, implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Through these programs, more than 90 experts from the energy sector gained new knowledge and practical skills in project management, trading with electricity and optimization of prices – competencies that are crucial for further development of modern and competitive energy market.
In her speech, minister Bozhinovska emphasized that investing in knowledge is the strongest investment we can make-not only in institutions, but also in our shared future.
„Every newly acquired knowledge, every new skill means a stronger system, a more reliable energy market and greater resilience to the challenges brought by the transition to sustainable energy “, minister Bozhinovska said.
She added that the trainings supported by EBRD are proof that investing in people is a precondition for a stable and modern energy sector, emphasizing that the Ministry will continue to create opportunities for professional advancement and development of domestic expertise.
„We will continue to invest in knowledge because it is the only way to create a system that does not depend on individuals, but on jointly developed capacities, vision and professionalism“, the minister stated.
The event was attended by representatives of the EBRD, as well as participants from the public and private energy sectors. The ceremony was held in a positive and inspiring atmosphere, symbolizing the shared commitment towards to building an expert and competent workforce that will drive the Macedonian energy sector forward.
