The Ministry of energy, mining and mineral resources informs the public that the list of citizens who met the requirements under the Public Call for support of vulnerable energy consumers for 2025 has been published, for the purpose of receiving financial assistance through a voucher for purchasing and installing an inverter air conditioner.
This refers to the second phase of an already completed procedure. The only households eligible for this support are the ones that applied no later than October 5, 2025 and provided complete documentation, and met the conditions set in the Program for Protection of Vulnerable Energy Consumers.
The list of citizens who have obtained the right to receive support has been published on the website of the Ministry.
From March 18, 2026, to April 17, 2026, individuals whose names appear on the list may contact the inter-municipal social work centers in the municipality where they live, where they will need to pick up their vouchers. The Ministry’s website provides detailed information on the required documentation and the procedure for collecting the voucher:

The deadline for picking up the voucher is 30 days from the date of publication. After receiving it, the voucher allows the purchase and installation of a 3.5 kW inverter air conditioner with at least energy class A+, and it may be used no later than October 15, 2026.
In the coming days, the Ministry will also publish a list of companies with which agreements have been signed, where citizens will be able to redeem their vouchers. Vulnerable consumers will choose an air conditioner from the offers of these companies without any additional payment, and the value of the voucher is up to 28,000 denars.
The Ministry reiterates that this announcement applies only to citizens who already applied to the public call in 2025 and represents the final phase for implementation of the support. A total of 4,070 vouchers will be awarded within this call.
With this measure, the state continues to support vulnerable categories of citizens by reducing energy costs and improving energy efficiency in households.

Ministry of energy, mining and mineral resources
