Minister for Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources, Sanja Bozhinovska, met with representatives of the German Embassy in the Republic of North Macedonia. The discussion focused on deepening bilateral cooperation in energy transition and addressing climate challenges.
During the meeting, Minister Bozhinovska received an official invitation from the German Embassy representatives to participate in the 11th Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue (BETD), which will take place on March 18-19, 2025, in Berlin. The invitation was extended by Germany's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Annalena Baerbock, and Minister of Economy and Climate Action, Robert Habeck.
This invitation is of significant importance for North Macedonia and serves as a notable recognition of the efforts of the Ministry of Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources, as well as Minister Bozhinovska, in the field of energy transition. Minister Bozhinovska will be the sole representative from North Macedonia.
The Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue is a leading international forum that brings together high-level representatives from politics, industry, science, and civil society to exchange ideas and solutions for the global energy transition. Minister Bozhinovska’s participation will showcase North Macedonia's efforts and achievements while creating new opportunities for cooperation with international partners.
