The Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources, in accordance with the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy Efficiency (“Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia” No. 147 of 15.7.2024), Article 29 paragraph 1, which states:
“The licenses or authorizations for performing energy audits issued before the entry into force of this law are valid until March 31, 2025, and may only be used for energy audits of buildings. The Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources, ex officio, adjusts the validity period in the issued licenses or authorizations no later than December 31, 2024,” is extending the validity period of licenses and authorizations for energy audits and is issuing documents confirming the new validity period.
The licenses/authorizations have been prepared.
All individuals who have not yet collected their authorizations/licenses may do so in person at the premises of the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources.
